Attached Files Enhancements in X5.13.0

JobTraQ’s attached file features have always been functional, but not very friendly or easy to use, especially for users who frequently upload a large number of files. Now, JobTraQ X5.13.0 includes a completely redesigned user interface that makes it quick and easy to upload, download, and edit attached files. Users with Chrome, Firefox, or Safari can also take advantage of those browsers’ features to drag and drop files from their PC directly into JobTraQ.

Also, instead of storing attached files in a single list for each task or contact, administrators can now create multiple custom attached file fields with separate names and security settings, and place them anywhere in the form designer.
