If you are running JobTraQ X6.2.0 or later and the server operating system is Windows Server 2008, you may receive this ASP.NET error: The configuration section ‘system.web.extensions’ cannot be read because it is missing a section declaration. At the start of each JobTraQ software upgrade, the upgrade tool creates a backup of your JobTraQ database in the database server’s default backup directory. If you receive this error it means that the backup directory you have configured for your database server does not exist.
