Installation: The JobTraQ Add-In for Microsoft Outlook

  • If your users are running Outlook 2003, download the installer from this link.
  • If your users are running Outlook 2007 or 2010, download the installer from this link.
  • Download and unzip the appropriate file on the user’s PC.
  • Close Outlook if it is running, and then run the setup.exe file.
  • After the installer is done, launch Outlook. At the login prompt, enter the URL of your JobTraQ server.
  • Enter the username and password of the PC’s user, and click Login.
  • The Outlook add-in will download the data from the JobTraQ server, and then the user will be able to use the add-in.
